Things I intend to do to slow down ageing during 2025 and beyond how to slow down aging how to slow the aging process how to slow down biological aging
As I mentioned before I do find New Year’s Resolutions a bit of a fad, so some of these I’ve already been doing but also as we learn we grow.
So the things I’ve learned about I intend to put in place to hopefully be not only fresher looking, but happier and healthier:

This is to address acne scarring and skin hydration and general skin quality- this is an exciting treatment in biohacking our cells to behave younger and repair themselves
🩸 PRP/ PRF injections
This is to naturally improve my under-eye hollowing and dark circles, something I’ve always been self-conscious about
🧖🏼♀️ Chemical Peels
This is to help speed up skin cell turnover and boost collagen production
💉 Anti Wrinkle Injections
This has become a staple, I love how my eyes look more open and it’s harder to frown
👄 Lip filler
it’s been 18 months since my last treatment, so a little more to add hydration and a little volume would be nice
🧬 NAD+ supplements
Start taking NAD+ supplements to reverse my biological age, prevent Alzheimer’s and just feel better
🐟 Polynucleotides
This is for my neck, especially as I’ve seen a change in my skin texture and quality
🧘♀️ Manage stress
This is something I find very challenging as a mum of two very young children and a small business owner, but I understand stress breeds disease so I do need to get this under control better to be the best version of myself
💤 Prioritise Sleep
The research has shown that sleep deprivation can have huge consequences on your health and well-being. It’s extremely difficult to predict what kind of a night you’re going to have, especially with young ones but taking magnesium and reducing screen time along with being in bed for 10 pm is what I’m going to aim for consistently
💜 Be Kind
Be kinder to myself. I know I’m my own worst enemy and I beat myself up about the smallest things. I’m going to try and be kinder to myself
🫗 🍫 Alcohol and sugar reduction
These are both toxins. Both have incredibly detrimental impacts on your health and physical appearance as well as well-being. I have recently reduced both of these dramatically and have seen a huge improvement in my mood, energy, and skin
💦 Hydratation
This is very boring but essential for functioning and skin health
It’s not always going to be perfect but I hope this will make me feel and look healthy not just this year but continually.
